After purchasing a Sony Handycam I needed a solution to import my Videos into my computer and be able to create decent DVD's with iDVD and iMovie ... i came up with Streamclip

Yes ... StreamClip, totally affordable ( yes its free ) , after purchasing the QuickTime Pro application with the MPEG2 playback component i realized QuickTime was importing my DVD's with no sound ( how convenient ).

So after reading in a few forums i came up with this free application which to be honest really rocks: STREAMCLIP
